Postage/Collection: For customers in outer Metro or Regional areas, collection charges vary by location. Place your order online and our team will confirm the details before processing. To check your fee in advance, call us at 1300 677 074 or send a request through our Contact form

Collection Notice: When purchasing a pack of 2 bags, collection is included for both bags together. Please note we do not collect single bags separately.

Bag Access: Drivers cannot move bags upstairs or downstairs. If your premises does not have lift or ramp access, bags will be delivered and collected at Ground Floor only.

Restricted Items: Do not place arch lever folders, plastic sleeves, binders, magazines, photo paper, colour gloss paper, newspapers, diaries, bulldog clips, hard covers, X-rays, wet paper, or cardboard inside secure document bags.

Contamination Fee: A surcharge of $110–$300 +GST per bag will apply if mixed or non-paper materials are placed in the secure document bags.

Collection Access: If bags are not accessible on the confirmed pickup date, a call-out fee of $55 will be charged.

Delivery Schedule: We are unable to provide specific delivery times, as drivers arrange their runs on the day of delivery and collection.

Bag Orders: Orders for secure bags are non-refundable. Any unused bags will not be credited or refunded if left unfilled after delivery.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $40 fee.
