• Delivery Fee Notice: Please note Delivery / Service fees do apply on all secure bin services, the price of these fees may vary depending on location.

• Prepaid Bin Orders: Prepaid Bin orders are non-refundable. Any unused bins will not be refunded if you do not fill all bins ordered & delivered.

• Bin Access Notice: Our drivers do not move bins up and down stairs. If your house/office does not have access to a lift or ramp, the secure bins will be delivered and collected at Ground Floor level.

• Restricted Items: The following items cannot be placed inside the secure document bins due for destruction: Cardboard, Arch Lever Folders, Plastic Sleeves and Binders, Magazines and Photo paper, Newspapers, Bulldog clips, Hard covers from diaries, books, coloured paper, coloured manila folders, etc.

• Contamination Fee: Please note there is an applicable contamination fee of $110-$300 +GST per bin should there be any mixed content in the secure document paper bins.

• Cancellation Notice: There is a minimum 48-hour notice (2 business days) required to cancel orders & services to process a refund. A cancellation fee of $40 will be charged if less than 48 hours (2 business days) notice is provided.

• Refunds: Unfortunately refunds are not provided for prepaid secure bins services if the quantity of 240L bins ordered & delivered by the driver are not all utilised on site. **Please note each 240L secure document bin will hold the equivalent of 6 standard archive document boxes of paper documents.

• Collection Accessibility: Should the bin/s not be accessible for collection on the confirmed pickup date, a call-out fee of $55.00 will be payable.

• Delivery Timing: We are unable to provide a delivery time as drivers will put their own runs together on the day of delivery/collection.
